I started playing Go after watching the AlphaGo documentary. I first saw it in 2020, played a few games and was so baffled I gave up. Ironically, when the Queen’s Gambit chess boom started, I remembered Go and started playing properly. I’m now around 10 kyu.

At my first tournament as a ~25k I lost all 5 games. Due to that, I created a KGS account, started playing many games and reached SDK level a few months later. So be careful and better let me win my games, otherwise I'll improve even more!
